Health Tip: Did you know that if you stay hungry in your mission to lose weight and improve your health, you are doing it wrong?

Dieting is not starving! Repeat after me, being on a diet is not starving! One of the things that we have perceived for years is that being on a diet is starving. Being on a diet is not going hungry, but rather eating foods that nourish us instead of making us fat. Food should consist of giving our body a balanced diet of Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats and Antioxidants. According to Dr. Frank Suarez, our meals should be distributed on our plate in four portions. One serving of protein, one of carbohydrates and two of vegetables.
