Shipping Policy

It is our desire that your shopping experience with us will be one of great pleasure. We will do whatever we can to make sure to process your order and ship it as soon as possible. Please read our shipping procedures below to ensure we meet your expectations and your complete satisfaction.
As soon as we receive your order, we will notify you by email.
When can you expect delivery? We will ship according to availability. It is important to remember that our products are made to order and in small batches. We will do our best to get the product to you as soon as possible according to its destination.
We charge a $6 flat shipping rate on orders $74 or less. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders made on Weekends or Holidays will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Orders 13 OZ or less will be shipped First Class Mail.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on North Carolina consumers only.
Refund Policy
At Aloe Skin Kare we work hard to produce only the best on the market. We take pride in what we produce and believe that our products will meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, if the return is a result of our mistake (product defect or incorrect item). Returned items must be completely unused, as they were purchased. Products need to be in their original package. To return an item please write to us via out email which is support@aloeskinkare.com. In the e mail, please describe to us the reason for your return. Once we receive your email we will review it for approval and let you know within 24 to 48 hours of our decision. We will refund you 12 to 15 days after we have received the returned item. Returns can be sent to the following address:

*We will not accept returns based on Allergic Reactions, we believe that our consumers know their bodies and what they are allergic to and would know what products to order and which to avoid. We have purposely listed all of our ingredients on each product for your convenience.
Address Changes
If your address was incorrect or incomplete upon checkout, please call us and let us know as soon as possible. Always check addresses on PayPal accounts. If you don’t inform us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
