Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, if the return is a result of our mistake (product defect or incorrect item). Returned items must be completely unused, as they were purchased. Products need to be in their original package. To return an item please write to us via email support@aloeskinkare.com and describe to us the reason for your return. Once we receive your email we will review it for approval and let you know within 24 to 48 hours of approval. We will refund you 12 to 15 days after we have received the returned item.
We will not accept returns based on Allergic Reactions, we believe that our consumers know their bodies and what they are allergic to and would know what to avoid. We have purposely listed all of our ingredients on each product for your convenience.
